People in the location never had food-online experience and they always preferred dining at hotel or at home.The first task was to make the mass overcome the apprehension of the quality of food, hygiene, reliability and freshness of delivered food and make them convince about the system. Breaking convention was the toughest task but we succeeded.
Swiggy, the leading online food delivery company in India, was planning to launch in an unexplored new location. We developed campaigns to boost confidence among the people with step by step online and offline strategies that earned much reputation to the brand and it could reach the target in time.
